Policies & Cancellations


You may be charged at least 50% of your scheduled service as part of our cancellation policy for cancelling less than 48 hours before your appointment confirmation or for not showing up for your scheduled appointment, at your stylist's discretion.



A credit card may be required to be held on your profile, and you may incur the 50% fee as determined by your stylist for last minute cancellations and no shows.



Additionally, some services may require a deposit and/or a credit card to be held on your profile to ensure your appointment is secured, as per your stylist's guidelines.



***We do understand that emergencies come up and each situation is at each stylist's discretion as the carry their own policies. These policies are there to respect & secure our guests appointments as well as ensure our stylists time is respected.
